These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CocoCloud - App Signing (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
CocoCloud - App Signing lets you sign and re-sign your own .ipa/.tipa app files using your own Apple Developer or Enterprise certificates, manage those certificates, and optionally store files in the cloud, share repositories, and use related developer tools. Certain features require a free account; a paid Pro tier unlocks higher limits and additional conveniences.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section without notice.
You provide your own certificates and provisioning profiles, or use certificates shared with you through the Service. Apple controls certificate validity and may revoke any certificate at any time for reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee that any certificate — including Shared Enterprise Certificates — will remain valid, and we are not liable for apps that stop working due to revocation.
API tokens are scoped (e.g. sign / apps / certs) and rate-limited as described in our developer documentation. We may change rate limits, quotas, or available scopes, and may revoke tokens used in violation of these Terms.
Paid Pro access is purchased through our storefront and activated with a license key. Pricing and included benefits are as described at the time of purchase. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider, and use of that provider is subject to its own terms.
If you believe content hosted through the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] identifying the material and your rights in it. We will review and remove infringing content we're able to identify.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that signing will always succeed, that certificates will remain unrevoked, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CocoCloud - App Signing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, apps, or certificate access.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
